show new releases on package pages

Bug Description
Pages like https:/
show the upstream info. It would be most excellent to show new releases from that series there.
e.g. (using pyjunitxml as an example: maverick has 0.5; upstream trunk has 0.6 : showing that 0.6 exists would be useful to folk looking at the package (in ubuntu or in maverick).

I think this needs more work. I looked at the bzr package for several minutes

Then I realised that uptream bzr's latest release was higher than the current release. This is an important discrepancy--I may need to make a new package.
This issue relates to bug 501 where contributes need to know when there is an action to be taken.
