Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
When clicking on Tools and Add-ons, Firefox sometimes dims and becomes unresponsive. You get a popup warning of unresponsive script.
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: file://
Clicking either of the 2 options "Stop script" or "Continue" makes no difference. The Firefox process needs to be ended.

This bug looks a lot like bug 630625. Even though that bug was filed slightly before this one, it seems to me that perhaps that bug should be marked as a duplicate of this one, since this bug provides more information (as attachments), and the person who filed that bug appears not to be following its progression (i.e. not responding to a query as to why he indicated the seemingly unrelated upstream bug mozilla-bugs #590608).
