update-manager crashed with AptDaemonError in _convert_dbus_exception()

everytime i update i get the error... i upgraded from 10.4 to 10.10 so this is not a fresh install. i got others issues until i updated before few days don't know if it's related to this but all the new issues came first this thing started....
