Now playing arrow disappears from playlist, when removing or adding tracks with drag'n'drop before the currently playing track

Almost every time when I add an album before the currently playing track or remove some tracks that were played before the currently playing track from playlist, the now playing arrow disappears and next track is not what it should be.

Which exaile version are you using?

I am using rev. 3731 from bazaar.
