scanner on firewire don't get right permission

Bug Description
I have a Epson scanner with both USB and Firewire interface. It works with the USB interface but then I plug it in with the firewire only root has permission to use it.It normaly is on /dev/sg0 wich is ownd by root and group root, not scanner as it should be.
