Bug Description

In the attached SVG-file: when I select one of the objects with the text "Welkom" or "Bij welke klachten" and export this object. I get the object but: the left and right borders are 'different' the seem the miss the filter (ridge) effect (see the *fail* PNG in the attachment)

My work around: I use .47 for the export :-) (see the *ok* PNG in the attachment)

Some possibel useful background info:
- I'm working on some buttons and use the following tools:
  - text on path
  - object clips (several)
  - ridge filter

AFAIK one of the filter primitives is not rendered along edges where clipped object and clip-path coincide.

Similar differences between 0.47 and 0.48 in how clipped objects with filter effects applied are rendered (on-canvas and exported to bitmap) occur with other preset filters too (e.g. 'Inner shadow').

Regression in 0.48: filter primitive 'Gaussian Blur' of object fill not rendered when edge of clipped object and clip-path coincide. Not reproduced with blurred stroke.

Regression does not occur if filtered object is grouped before clip-path is applied (-> new preference in 0.48).

@Jasper - could you take a look at this issue? (AFAIU: blur of object fill not rendered if edge of clipped object and clip-path coincide)

Sorry for taking so long to respond but I'm completely swamped at the moment. I took a look at the revision (huge thanks for looking it up btw) and can't immediately see what the problem is. Once I do have some time I'll take a closer look.
