Bug Description
Binary package hint: icoutils
This crash occurred while installing digikam. I'm sorry I don't have more information. I had installed the following ppas:
ppa:nuovodna/
ppa:kubuntu-ppa/ppa
ppa:philip5/kde44
In an attempt to upgrade digikam to v. 1.4.0. However, the new version crashed on startup repeatedly so I uninstalled it and all the dependencies, removed the ppas and reinstalled the digikam package from the regular source. It is during this installation that I got the crash.

From the log it looks like icoutils was removed in the previous session, and your apt cache probably got out of date due to all the PPA adding/removing. So apt tried to install a package that wasn't there.
Run apt-get update, take 2 aspirin, and call me in the morning.
