Bug Description
Make two new options:
-o --output <file>
-e --errors <file>
Make STDOUT go to -f and STDERR go to -e. Make tcprstat close and reopen the files when it recieves a SIGHUP signal.
This will permit us to run the tool as a daemon and rotate its logs nicely.
