"new bookmark" and "new folder" window werdnesses

Binary package hint: firefox

To reproduce:

1) right-click on the bookmark toolbar and select "new bookmark" or "new folder"

Expected behaviour: a dialog should appear showing the options for creating the new bookmark or folder

Actual behaviour: the dialog appears but it has zero height, so you only see the window's title bar. As a workaround you can manually resize the window so that you see all its content

2) Click the "cancel" button.

Expected behaviour: the dialog should be closed

Actual behaviour: nothing happens.

As a workaround, you can close the window by clicking on its "X" button

This seems to be fixed with the latest update

No indication of which version of Firefox or version/flavour of Ubuntu used. Although bug marked as confirmed no activity for six years. Reporter says issue resolved. Works for me in Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox 61. Closing by marking "Invalid"
