After activating the plugin from ReplayGain Music and Lyrics to the problem happens every time I try to listen to any MP3 file.

I can confirm this bug on serveral gstreamer applications: banshee, pidgin, ... but oddly enough not on totem.

Bug is fixed when you upgrade to liborc-0.4.11 from natty.

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot.
