Bug Description

Binary package hint: klavaro

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Klavaro
2. Click on "0 - Introduction"
3. Close the newly opened Introduction-window by clicking on the 'X' in the title bar. (Important: do not use the close button in the dialog)
4. Reopen the Introduction by clicking "0 - Introduction" again.

Expected result: the Introduction is shown, as it was when it was opened in step 2.
Actual result: a very thin, blank window is opened. This must be resized before it can be closed.

If the close button in the Introduction is used instead of the X in the title bar, this problem does not occur.

Version info:
Klavaro 1.4.1-1
Ubuntu 10.04

I can't reproduce it at my machine, simply because the Window Manager doesn't show me the 'X' button in the title bar. So, the only way to close that window is by using the normal "Close" button in the dialog. Try another Window Manager and see if the problem still occur, ok?

To elaborate a bit:
The computer I'm able to reproduce this on is running 10.04 (Gnome). I tried to check under both Xfce and Kde, where the bug is not reproducible, since the 'X' is not clickable it is impossible to perform step 3.
I also tried with a virtual machine with 10.10 out of the box (Gnome), and the 'X' isn't clickable there either. So it seems to work as intended except for the original case.
The computer running 10.04 has gone through every version upgrade from 8.04 -> 10.04 so if that's the cause, it will probably be really hard to reproduce/track down the real problem.

I'm setting this to invalid, since
- I've only been able to reproduce it on one computer.
- If it is indeed caused by the upgrades, it will be hard (if not impossible) to reproduce.
If someone are actually able to reproduce this, feel free to reopen as "New"

Changed in klavaro (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
