Bug Description
I received a chat message on Ubuntru 10.04 about 15 minutes ago. I didn't realise though. I just thought that I had received a mail. This had the consequence that I didn't go check it out more or less immediately, as I normally do when someone chat to me. Therefor I lost the chat - the person had already signed off again.
Could the mail icon not be exchanged with a chat icon when its a chat message that comes in?
To post a comment you must log in.
I would like to ask you if there was a notification of the chat (as that happens everytime a chat message is received). The notification uses the NOTIFY-OSD library to show the last received chat message.
In case the notification was absent, I think that's something that should be checked.
Though I do agree that the mail icon shouldn't represent both chat and e-mails.
