Automatically reload subtitles when it's changes or add item "Reload subtitles" to Subtitles menu

I found old discussion about this feature http://smplayer.berlios.de/forums/viewtopic.php?id=1254 but I'm not sure that I understand it's correctly. So can you add this feature or not?
