OpenOffice.org is using old icons

Improve the OpenOffice.org icons so they also look good when you use the window switcher.

Actually the icons in the screenshot are new, but the icons used in the window switcher are being used from OOo. The window switcher for some reason uses only the icons supplied by Open Office. This might be because it is hardcoded within openoffice.

Since OpenOffice is being replaced by LibreOffice in Natty, this is no longer a paper cut.
