Could not calculate upgrade

When trying to upgrade my 6.06 Dapper to 6.10 Edgy I receive an "Could not calculate upgrade"-error.

The upgrade process stops, and I am kindly asked to submit a bug with files from /var/log/dist-upgrade attached...

Could you please provide me with the output of this command:
dpkg -l | grep libgl1-mesa

It seems that there are some problems with removing the libgl1-mesa package, which is replaced by by ligl1-mesa-glx and libgl1-mesa-dri in Edgy.

Please also make sure it isn't a duplicate of bug 58424.

And as to the bug 58424 I am not certain whether it is the same problem. I am not using any other repo's but the official.

According to the apt-cache policy libgl1-mesa-dri output you've left in bug 63205 your bug is a duplicate of that one. The only difference is that you no longer have third-party repositories enabled in the sources.list file, though some packages remain installed in your system. Please remove libgl1-mesa and libgl1-mesa-dri from your system and try upgrading again.

As can be seen in my comments in bug 63205 this is a duplicate if that bug, and the issues have been resolved.
