Indicator "bubble" blocks track info on next/prev track

How to reproduce:

1) Open rhythmbox and start playing music from an artist with more than 1 track (so that next/prev work)

2) With Rhythmbox's window in focus press the 'next track' button on the sound menu. Notice the track changes as expected and new info is displayed and the view of the user is not obstructed.

3) Do the same thing from with Rhythmbox not in focus, say with focus on the desktop. Notice the track changes -but- an indicator bubble appears when the new track begins to play and blocks the track info/album art from view in the sound menu.

I would suggest that if a user doesn't have focus on the media app in question and is using the sound menu to change tracks etc that no bubble should appear.
