cannot launch apps from global search

what should happen: totem should start

Hum, Omer, are you sure you have the latest unity version?

I can't reproduce it (but I have another version of unity-place-application, which can explains the difference, maybe).
I have however another bug on search, discussing with the dx team now :)

Can you please report an update on next upload of unity-place-application to confirm you still get the issue?

Maybe, it's Totem-specific? I was able to run several apps using serach on lastest Unity - e.g. Getting Things Gnome

If I click applications icon and then search totem starts fine. the problem only happens with global search. and its not totem specific the same happened with empathy in the video.

Reproduced for programs and files, found via start menu only on latest unity
