Bug Description

Binary package hint: lshw

lshw, a small tool to provide detailed information on the hardware configuration of a machine, causes the kernel to print a stacktrace when checking sysfs and then freezes the machine. I don't know if this is a kernel-regression since I am new to maverick. This is a maverick beta-1 which was fully updated by today.

You can reproduce that bug just by running lshw as root.
