Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

After upgrading to maverick, gnome-display-properties consistently dies after I click apply. I get the following message in .xsession-errors:

display-properties:ERROR:xrandr-capplet.c:2277:apply: assertion failed: (app->connection == NULL)
