package mtop 0.6.6-1.4 failed to install/upgrade: post-installation returned error 1

I've installed mysql, mytop and a few other packages at once. After installation of mysql, the system asked for root password to mysql server. This password was enterd by me, and was changed successfully. Then the mtop was installed. However, mtop installation failed due to the rights of root@localhost for mysql.
I've changed root password manually for mysql localhost to no password at all. After reinstalling mtop package everything was OK.
