Bug Description

By default in Ubuntu 10.04 / Shutter v0.85.1, each time I open the application it fails to save image because it tries to save this to /home.
If I change it in preferences, when I open application it works but when I close and open again it goes to /home.

I can see .shutter/settings.xml, parameter folder="/home" if I change it to /home/user. It's reseted each time I open again shutter.

There already is a fixed package for Ubuntu 10.10. I'll prepare a patch for 10.04.
