Bug Description
Binary package hint: gvfs
GVFS is using a lot of system resources. According to top:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
25625 matthew 20 0 102m 4008 3112 R 49 0.1 3:19.32 gvfsd-smb
25631 matthew 20 0 102m 4008 3112 R 49 0.1 3:19.06 gvfsd-smb
25627 matthew 20 0 102m 4012 3112 R 48 0.1 3:11.93 gvfsd-smb
25629 matthew 20 0 102m 4008 3112 R 48 0.1 3:14.82 gvfsd-smb
This is on a two core box, so as you can see, it is trying to use up all the CPU it can get its hands on. Despite not affecting the performance of the box, it seems to give up CPU time quite nicely, it is a little disconcerting.
Matthew.

I have restarted my box since noticing this error, now I cannot connect to any samba shares with gvfs... It just sits on 100% CPU. If I kill the process I get:
Could not display "smb:// server/ share/" . .DBus.Error. NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
Error: DBus error org.freedesktop
