Binary package hint: soundconverter

On 2009-11-22 corrections was made to the translation in https://translations.launchpad.net/soundconverter/trunk, as of today they are still not visable even in maverick.

There is good translation into Russian in project https://translations.launchpad.net/soundconverter/trunk , but soundconverter in Ubuntu is not translated. In most of linux distributions soundconverter is translated into Russian.
