Bug Description
In the tests I've run I found a strong sex bias.
The attached config (a base config for bison) yielded a PropMales of around 0.38.
The default Sparrow model yielded a male prop of 0.1.
By default, sex ratio should be 0.5 and then modulated by different sex survivals
