Bug Description
Could we have an option to disable the warnings that happen when a screenshot is deleted whilst shutter is open? It's very good that this option is there, but to have it appear many times when you send a load of screenshots to the bin is a bit annoying

The message appears for two reasons.
a) to avoid unwanted deletion of screenshots
b) because Shutter needs "real" files - there is no buffer or anything like
that (this is because plugins etc. only work with real files)
The question is:
What is supposed to happen to deleted files? Remove them automatically from
Shutter? The only possibility I see is to implement support for "non-saved"
files, like in text-editors, gimp et cetera. BUT a lot of functions in
Shutter would be disabled in this case.
How does that sound? Any suggestions?
