Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open an Opportunity.
2) Click on Schedule/Log Call.
3) Fill in date and click Schedule Call.
Expected Behaviour:
A new Phone Call, with the Opportunity field filled in.
Actual Behaviour:
A new Phone Call with an empty Opportunity field.
