[Layout]Opportunity Details field too wide

Bug Description

To reproduce:
  1) Open an Opportunity.
  2) Click Edit.

Expected behaviour:
  No horizontal scroll-bar.

Actual behaviour:
  Very wide textarea:

<textarea rows="6" id="description" name="description" class="text" kind="text" style="margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; width: 1354px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; height: 77px; "></textarea>

Layout issue has nothing to do with textarea, it has to do with the broken search layout of the filtering controls above.
