Bug Description

Twitter recently disabled the old authentication scheme and now requires clients to authenticate via oauth. The microblogging plugin has therefore been disabled.

Can the microblogging plugin be updated to authenticate via oauth?

This one affects me, too, please, take a look at the bug, the status has been "new" for a month now.
