Changing themes is not changing throwing errors

Hello crew I have created a user and created a profile for my user. I then tried to change the theme and the following are the issues

1. I selected "Aqua" and it showed the loading circle for the selection to be initiated, after the circle had completed spinning the selected choice "Aqua" disappeared from the dropdown view - (n the past you selection stays in the drop down window.)

2 Another thing is I proceeded to choose other themes, than "Aqua" though the chosen themes stayed in the drop down view, the chosen "Theme colour" does not show up only the standard colour when a user first enters the site.

3. Also when an admin tries changing a the theme for the entire site, it still shows only the standard theme

Hi Charlie,

I think we'll need some more information to look at this issue. I'm unable to replicate on Master. It does sound like you're missing some themes from the theme directory or something like that - perhaps someone has moved them?

At the very least we'll need:
* Version of Mahara
* Client OS
* Browser(s) + Version tried

There may also be some useful information in the error log - these will probably be in your apache error log.

The following may also be helpful but in this instance, probably aren't really required:
* Database (Postgres/MySQL)
* Server OS

Andrew, I took a look in the db and there was an integer in there for the theme, so I'm assuming that this was caused by commit 2edefc0f31. I pulled your latest changes and it's fixed.
