Need a way to filter the list of effects

There are now 44 effects in OpenShot. There are both Audio and Video effects. Users need an easier way to filter the list of effects to find the one they need. The following filter methods would be great:

1) Filter by 'Video' effects
2) Filter by 'Audio' effects
3) Search for the effect by name

Another thing we could do in future is group the effects in the tree by type, each type having their own expander.

I have applied a patch to the current effect filtering from moimael, and it's really coming along. You can toggle between the effect categories, and in addition, you can enter your own search text, which will filter down the category you are viewing.
