Bug Description

Hi,

I have configured the keep incomplete downloads in /temp directory option.

The first time I download a file, lets say ubuntu.iso it gets downloaded at /temp/ubunto.iso but when I stop qbittorrent and start it again all the progress is lost and the file is downloaded at /temp/ubuntu/ubuntu.iso

I am using qbittorretn 2.4.0 and ubuntu maverick.

Regards

Could you please help me reproduce?

I have tried the following (but it works fine here):
1. Enable "Keep incomplete torrents in a different directory" setting
2. Add http://releases.ubuntu.com/10.04.1/ubuntu-10.04.1-alternate-i386.iso.torrent to the download list
   - I tried with/without torrent addition dialog
   - I tried with/without renaming the iso file to ubuntu.iso
3. Wait for it to download a little and close qBittorrent
4. Start qBittorrent again
   - Progress is kept and the save path did not change

There must be something different in your configuration. I hope you can help me figure out what.

I tried qBittorrent v2.4.0 on Ubuntu Maverick (libtorrent v0.15.3 shipped with maverick).

I am able to reproduce the bug with the official windows build v2.4.2

1. Enable "Keep incomplete torrents in a different directory" setting
2. Ensure that the torrent queue is empty.
3. Restart qBittorrent
4. Add a torrent with a directory inside it.
5. Download some part of the torrent.
6. The contents of the directories are saved immediately inside the temp download directory.
7. Restart qBittorrent
8. Resume the torrent.
9. This time the torrent content hierarchy is maintained in the temp download directory, but the already downloaded content is not used.

If you download multiple torrents with a common filename example README.txt , because of the bug torrents tend to pause downloading as soon as they find a conflicting file

Yes Ishan, I got it. Latest SVN should be fine.
It was merely an issue where I did not add the root folder to the save path on first addition (Only when temp folder is enabled), and then the save path was properly set on restart.

I will make a bugfix release soon but I would like to get some testing first. I have updated my PPA to help get feedback before the release.
