Please devs, have a look into this. I'm using "rfkill block bluetooth" on /etc/rc.local in order to disable bluetooth at boot time in order to save battery on my laptop, since I don't use bluetooth much, but when I do need it, I have no other way to enable bluetooth now other than going into the prompt and enabling it with "rfkill unblock bluetooth". In fact, right now, there's absolutely no GUI to disable or enable bluetooth. It's a glaring defect that shouldn't be overlooked, for better battery use optimization alone.
