Bug Description

ClientCredentialsExtractionTestCase has several extremely similar methods:

test_simple_authorizationHeader
test_simple_urlEncoded_identifierOnly
test_simple_urlEncoded_identifierAndSecret

ClientIdentifierAdaptationTestCase and ClientIdentifierSecretAdaptationTestCase have similar methods too.

These should all be refactored.
