Launched Thunderbird 3.1.3 and get an error each time

I upgraded from Lucid to Maverick yesterday, and upgraded to Thunderbird 3.1.3 after doing some updates today, when I launch TB I get a pop up message saying

I can still access my email, folders, send and receive

Thank you for your bug report. That's strange though, is this just a normal gnome session? I assume gconfd2 is actually running? (I'd be surprised if it's not). Does the error go away if you do "dbus-launch thunderbird"?
