Bug Description
Right now omg monitors only ~/.local/
If a package installation installs the trophies in the folder, then OMG needs to pick it up.
Add this support.

So I decided that how it should be done.
As per bartbes, APT cant install inside user's home directory, so it has to be installed in /usr/share/ omg/trophy/
OMG keeps a list of trophies it has seen in this folder before and monitors /usr/share/ omg/trophy/
* When a new trophy is added, it gets picked up by OMG! and is checked if OMG! has seen it before or not. If it has seen it before, then it is rejected. omg/trophy/ to make sure that no new trophy has been put when it was not running.
* When OMG! starts if reads all the trophies inside /usr/share/
