Bug Description

When grabbing the volume control slider, sometimes it starts sliding louder when the intention was to reduce volume. This happens to me very often and is annoying when some webpage for example features loud music and I try to reduce volume quickly, but it gets even louder instead.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Move cursor over the volume slider somewhere off the center.
2. Hold mouse button without moving mouse.
3. Volume bar starts sliding by itself. Usually towards right.
