Bug Description

Binary package hint: nautilus

I am running Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS. The usb-creator version is 0.2.22.1. The iso image is also Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS.

The USB stick was created by the latest version of usb-creator (0.2.22.1) and it drops to busybox when boot. The error message is :

(initramfs) mount: mounting /dev/loop0 on //filesystem.squashfs failed: input/output error
can not mount /dev/loop0 (/cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs) on //filesystem.swuashfs

However, it runs perfectly on previous version of usb-creator.

This sounds like it is most likely a corrupted filesystem on the stick. Can you please try formatting the stick (You can use the Erase Disk option in usb-creator) and trying again?
