Sort order of the exported fields for label

Bug Description
User can export the postal address to make the label. The sort order should be:
1) Contact Name
2) Company name in English & Chinese
3) Postal address in Chinese & English
4) Post code
Most countries probably have a similar sort order for address labels. (Optional: Maybe we can make it even more flexible: The user can choose the fields and sort order.)

It is not easy to implement this feature unless we move to database-driven application.
Currently addressbook is text-file-
Please write back to confirm do you must have this feature (e.g. for austcham) or can we wait for next release.
