Bug Description

I was trying to add a new user & account for online transactions in gnucash when the online transaction backend crashed. I was able to reproduce the same issue with the qt3-wizard (/usr/lib/aqbanking/plugins/29/wizards/qt3-wizard) in libaqbanking.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Run qt3-wizard
2) Change to the "Users" tab
3) Click the "New" button
4) Select the backend "aqofxconnect - OFX-DirectConnect backend" and press "Ok"
5. Go to general tab and fill up information for your credit card (I tried with my chase card)
5) Choose one of the server capabilities and click on 'Get Accounts'. You get a prompt for entering your password and accepting the server certificate. Clicking on that triggers the crash.

Here is the info from the command line:
balak@:~$ /usr/lib/aqbanking/plugins/29/wizards/qt3-wizard

Let me know if you need any other information. Seems like debian has a somewhat similar bug with 4.2.4-1 (bug:590907)
