Unicode characters rather than menus or title

Binary package hint: yelp

When mousing over the help icon in the launcher bar, random characters are displayed instead of a title.

After launching the app, the fonts in the global menu are rendering completely wrong.

See attached screenshot.

This doesn't affect any other applications.
