Bug Description

On this laptop using Lucid 10.04.1 with all the latest updates applied, I cannot record using the integrated microphone which should be beside the webcam, around the top side of the lid.

Recording using the external jack works as expected.

Accepted linux into lucid-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!
