password request for proxy access everytime the install button is clicked

Hi,
In today's build, fresh installation of maverick amd64 - in software center when i went about trying to install software that i use, for every time that i clicked on the install button, the sudo password was requested for proxy access. I thought it makes sense to only request it once per session!
