"Select timezone" always crashes

Bug Description

When you click on the "select timezone" when installing edgy eft beta using espresso, it just crashes.

Note: the original reporter indicated the bug was in package 'espresso-timezone'; however, that package was not published in Ubuntu.

This is probably a duplicate of bug 58629, as mlind suggested. In any case, I've removed the "Set Time..." button in Feisty, as it's been more trouble than it's worth.
