ltsp-client-core is automatically installed on the virtual client disk (chroot), when you run ltsp-build-client.
Are you trying to install that on the server? Don't, install ltsp-server or ltsp-server- standalone instead.
Or are you trying to install it to a standalone pc, so that it becomes an ltsp client? It doesn't work that way, it needs to be installed on a chroot via ltsp-build-client.
