Bug Description

Many times it is not clear when a glyph is from the selected font or a substitution from another font because the selected font is missing that glyph.

Please offer a transparent overlay for missing glyphs which have been substituted with other glyphs. This overlay could have a pink transparent colour that would mix with the transparent text selection overlay.

By default this should be enabled. Default state should be configurable in Preferences. Shortcut and Text Toolbar should offer an easy way to toggle the show/hide state of this overlay. When glyph substitution is disables (some other feature request) this overlay should of course be hidden.

Implementing this will help the user identify automated glyph substitution and take appropriate action resulting in higher quality graphics, created with more easy, and subsequent improved user satisfaction.

Correction for the initial text: The overlay should be shown even when glyph substitution is switched off. Otherwise still an unambiguous situation exists because what else is shown for the missing glyph can be mistaken for white space, a glyph looking like a bounding box or whatever.

Also, when hovering a substituted glyph, a popup hint should appear indicating the complete font name of the font used for the substitution.
