linux-image-amd64-generic transitional package not on the CDs

Bug Description

the linux image package for amd64 was renamed to linux-image-generic, in dapper it was called linux-image-amd64-generic, a transitional package exists but is not included on the CDs, we should include this package to make sure upgrades for CD-only users work properly.

The solution is as simple as adding this package to the ship seed. I've done so.
