Bug Description
Nat reported:
"On IE the Add tag button is missing a chunk out of the lower right hand corner (looks fine on FF)"
Not sure if this is true in production already, or if it is something broken on the trunk, or broken on the chrissy-portlets branch.
Let's do work for this on the m46_integration branch and see if we can merge this afternoon.
