[5.0] Cannot inherit properly the server action

Hi

I found a serious issue when adding a new action in the Server Action.

To add a new action we must append the field state and add new field, but field state is a field selection with hardcode value.

if one module redefine the existing value plus the new one, another module cannot do the same, because the entry of the first module is remove.

after some test, it appear if the field selection refer to a function, this function cannot be directly inherit.

we must define another function, and call it by the function defined in the field selection
