Bug Description
Binary package hint: empathy
I use Ubuntu 10.10
My empathy version is Empathy 2.31.90
When I want to use "Help > Report a Problem" function, it doesn't work. Later I tracked emphaty via console and found that it gives an error like this:
/etc/apport/
