Bug Description

Text in superscript mode is displayed correctly in Inkscape, but when viewed in FIrefox, the effect is lost and appears as normal text.

Happens in both case there the superscript function is used, or manually using ALT+UP arrow keys. A little inconvenient for displaying equations.

Inkscape 0.48 under Ubuntu Linux 10.04.1, with Firefox 3.6.8.

I checked the file in Chromium and it displays like in Inkscape. This seems to me to be a problem of the rendering engine and not so much of JessyInk. I will move the bug to Firefox.

Since this seems to be a Firefox specific problem, I moved the bug from JessyInk to Firefox.

The rendering of super/subscripts is -- 8 years later -- still an issue. Has this been fixed? I cannot find a link to the firefox bug report.
